I am studying college 3rd year my age is 19 what age can I attend UPSC exam prelim and mains can I attend at age of 19 if not at least can I study for UPSC at age 19

To give UPSC(CSE) EXAM you have to be atleast 21 year old. And based on your category you can give attempt for eg- general category has 6 attempt and 32 year age limit.Its a good thing to start preparing for it early because the preparation require one and half year.So by 21 year you are ready to give exam with confidence and probably clear it like TINA DHABI.   To see syllabus of prelims click here--> Prelims (syllabus)
