PREAMBLE OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION

"WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA having solemnly resolved to constitute INDIA into SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to its citizen:

JUSTICE, Social,Economic,Political;

LIBERTY,of thought,expression,belief,faith and worship;

EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;

and to promote among them all;

FRATERNITY assuring the DIGNITY of the individual and the UNITY AND INTEGRITY OF THE NATION;

IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty sixth day of November 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION"

I am studying college 3rd year my age is 19 what age can I attend UPSC exam prelim and mains can I attend at age of 19 if not at least can I study for UPSC at age 19

To give UPSC(CSE) EXAM you have to be atleast 21 year old. And based on your category you can give attempt for eg- general category has 6 attempt and 32 year age limit.Its a good thing to start preparing for it early because the preparation require one and half year.So by 21 year you are ready to give exam with confidence and probably clear it like TINA DHABI.
