I am studying college 3rd year my age is 19 what age can I attend UPSC exam prelim and mains can I attend at age of 19 if not at least can I study for UPSC at age 19

To give UPSC(CSE) EXAM you have to be atleast 21 year old. UPSC 2019 MARKSHEET RELEASED

UPSC has released marksheet of CSE2019. Pradeep Singh ( first rank) has secured 52% or 1072  marks in the exam. He secured 914 out of 1750 marks in written exam(mains) and 158 marks in Interview. Jatin kishore (second rank) secured 1063 marks. He secured 878 marks in written exam and 185 marks in Interview. While Pratibha Verma ( Third rank) scored  869 marks in written exam(mains) and 193 marks in Interview. SMART TEST(DRDO)

  What is SMART test ? why it matters? CONTEXT--- On Monday, India successfully conducted the flight of a Supersonic Missile Assisted Release of Torpedo(SMART) system developed by the DRDO. WHAT IS SMART SYSTEM? The SMART system comprises a mechanism by which the torpedo is launched from a supersonic missile system with modification that would take the torpedo to a far longer range than its own. For eg- A torpedo with a range of few kilometer can be sent a distance of around 1000km by the missile system from where the torpedo is launched. The system also gives flexibility in terms of missile system's launch platform. Why it is important for India? It is a game-changing technology demonstration in anti-submarine warfare.
