Report of parliamentary panel on Home Affairs on Management of COVID-19

 The pandemic has exposed the fragile health ecosystem in India. Health occupies public consciousness and it force us to rethink and re-strategies health ecosystem in country which has been neglected in both public discourse and government expenditure. FICCI's Recommendation for Union Budget

In a meeting of Finance Ministry with FICCI for the preparation of Budget. FICCI recommended few measures to follow: Budget should focus on  growth alongside look at fiscal management for three years. Centre expenditure should be prioritise in three area- Health, Infrastructure and Sustainability. Government health expenditure to increase to 3% in three year period. Budget should address critical area of private investment and providing support for employment generation(Sustainability). India need strong financial sector to achieve the vision of $5Tn Economy. For this government need to bringdown its stake on PSB to below 50% through market route except for 3 to 4 large PSB such as SBI, BOB, BOI etc. There is need to form government owned Development Finance Institution to finance key sector of economy. Corporate as a Bank: prospect, Issue and challenges

 Internal Working Group(IWG) of RBI in a report recommended large corporate and Industrial house allowed ownership of private bank. IWG has been constituted by RBI to review ownership guideline and corporate structure for Indian private Bank. What are the prospect of allowing Corporate in Banking sector? Indian Banking sector is struggling to meet the credit demand of growing Economy. for eg-       a) The total balance sheet of banks in India is less than 70% of GDP even after three decades of rapid growth in India which is much less than other countries like China where it is 150%.            b)The domestic Bank credit to private sector is around 50% of GDP which is much less than other countries like USA, CHINA, S.KOREA where it is more than 150% of GDP. RBI COMMITEE FOR NBFC AND CORPORATE

 Internal working group of RBI headed by P.K Mohanty has recommended series of reform in banking. Committee has been constituted by RBI  to examine and review the licensing and regulatory guideline relating to ownership and control, corporate structure and other related issues. some of them are following;- The cap on promoter stake to be increased in long run(15 year) from currently 15% to 26% of the paid up voting capital of Bank. On non promoter shareholding to have a uniform cap of 15% of the paid up voting capital of bank of all type of shareholder. For the payment bank intended to convert to small finance bank track record of 3 years is suffice to consider. To give UPSC(CSE) EXAM you have to be atleast 21 year old. UPSC has released marksheet of CSE2019. Pradeep Singh ( first rank) has secured 52% or 1072  marks in the exam. He secured 914 out of 1750 marks in written exam(mains) and 158 marks in Interview. Jatin kishore (second rank) secured 1063 marks. He secured 878 marks in written exam and 185 marks in Interview. While Pratibha Verma ( Third rank) scored  869 marks in written exam(mains) and 193 marks in Interview.
